Our Home Automation Design Packages

Before we get to the home automation design packages, we always offer a free initial consultation. This helps us understand what you desire, and in return, we walk you through our work process to help achieve the right design.

After the initial consultation, you can choose from our three design packages for home automation design! Depending on your needs, you can get the most basic one, the slightly standard one, or you may be leaning towards the premium package with the most perks.

The basic design package includes:

First set of draft drawings for automation and solar system issued
Meeting to review drawings and agree on the accuracy
Make amendments as necessary
Final drawings provided within two weeks of the second meeting

Materials list provided to a builder or on-site electrician
Five additional changes post-sign-off included ($150 per change thereafter)
Solar system design with battery backup

Going a step further, you can opt for the design and on-site package or the partnership package. Both of these have everything that comes with the design package but with additional services.

What do I do once I have the design on plans?

Either send your plans out for tender or take them to your builder for quoting. If they or their electrician have any questions, they can contact us directly to answer any queries they have.

Who commissions and programs the system?

We commission the automation side of the design. We then carry on our support in case anything arises.

What service do you provide after the build is complete?

You will be able to contact us during office hours or send a text message out of hours with any emergency. We also provide you with a service to change the system in any way and do any reprogramming you require. This may come at an extra charge depending on which design package you chose.
